AZ Q Pools is Arizona Quality Pool Service & Repair, LLC. We're a small, owner-operated business based in Gilbert, Arizona, and we've been keeping East Valley pools clean since 2015.
The business is run by Rick & Melissa Richards. Rick handles most of the route, equipment work, and landscape jobs. Melissa runs the office, scheduling, and billing. There's no “customer service team” — when you call, you're talking to one of us.
We started AZ Q Pools because we got tired of seeing the same problems on every route in town: rushed visits, missed weeks, mystery line items, and equipment work that didn't fix the actual problem. We do it differently — show up, do the work, leave the place clean, and stand behind it.
We added landscape work a few years in because most pool customers ended up asking for it: boulder removal, rock delivery, patio demolition, lighting, gas pipeline for fire pits and grills. With our Bobcat MT100 and a 13,000-lb dump trailer, we can take on yard work that other pool guys can't touch.
